Payment

Payment is by Paypal only.
No delivery will be made unless full payment has been made.

Postage

Postage is by Australia Post and is tracked or is Registered Mail to be signed for at your end. Other delivery methods are completely at the risk of the buyer.
Envelopes tend to be bulkier items of lower value. Large orders, will be sent as up to 15 envelopes per parcel and will attract extra postage accordingly.

General

Disputes usually arise because two or more parties have a different idea about what is fair and reasonable. Let's try to sort out these difficulties before they arise.
There are basically two types of classification - Lumpers and Splitters. Lumpers will tend to group items that have less in common, Splitters will spend endless time making variants that may or may not be very real. All of us fit between these extremes.
Some of my stamps have so many variations that it is pointless sorting them one from another. The Australian Kangaroo/Koala 45c is an example.
Whilst I have made reasonable effort to sort, Watermarks, Colour, Perforation, Paper Type, Paper Coating, Glue/Adhesive, Printing Variations and so on I give no guarantee that items are exactly as described. The reality is that for a low value stamp the sale price would have to be many times greater to cover the cost of making these distinctions.
Where there are stamp variants you may find a mix of those variants included in stamps described as one of the variants.
Ungraded stamps are just that - ungraded. They are discounted to accommodate this variation. In most cases they are UFX.
Where these Terms and Conditions vary form Australian Consumer Law the Australian Consumer Law shall prevail.
I will always try to be Honest and Honourable with our customers. If something is wrong or goes wrong please let us know so that we can set about fixing it.
I store my excess stamps in zip lock plastic bags of approximately 25 stamps. Sometimes there are a few more, sometimes the number is exact and sometimes there may be a few less, particularly if the paper varies in thicness and I have counted them on the weighing scales. Rarely are they too far off the count.
Images can be generic where I have more than 1 stamp in my collection. The images are intended to be a look at the stamp without it being the exact image of the stamp you are purchasing.
As best as I have been able to manage, all the images you see have been scanned by me at 300dpi
As we strive for accuracy, and as the website data us improved occasionally we may not be able to fill your order. If this happens we will contact you and offer a refund of your purchase or part thereof.

Price

Price includes Australian GST. For over-seas buyers this component is used to absorb other costs such as currency exchange and inter-bank transfer costs.
Countries other than Australia may have Import Taxes, Sales Tax etc. These are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Discounts may be available for large orders of stamps. This only applies if you are buying more than four assorted packets of 25. If you want to order more than 100 packets of 25, make an offer by sending me a message to discuss the price and discount. Please don't become distracted with discounts unless you want to buy at least 4 assorted packets or 100 envelopes.

Returns

Returns need to be logged with us by the contact us form on the web-page to be considered.
The Cost of Return Postage is the responsibility of the customer. Unless Registered mail or tracked Mail options are used we are unable to accept any responsibility for the retured items.
